Kyle McAuley’s journey is a testament to his adaptability and drive. After completing his theater degree at Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, he moved to Los Angeles in 2012 to immerse himself in the city’s creative world. He initially focused on acting and music, producing, directing, and hosting original content, including short films and digital projects. However, as his career progressed, he shifted gears, discovering a newfound passion for real estate and business, which would soon become the core of his professional life. In 2015, Kyle made his first real estate investment by purchasing a condo in Northridge, California, which he transformed into a long-term rental property. This experience laid the foundation for his growing property management and investment expertise. In 2022, he executed a 1031 exchange, selling the condo and reinvesting the proceeds into two new properties—one in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and the other in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. These strategic investments marked a significant milestone in his journey, showcasing his ability to build wealth through real estate while maintaining a strong focus on long-term stability. As a business owner, Kyle also leads Moveabl., a furniture and mattress company based in Inglewood, California. The company is well-regarded for its high-quality products and strong community ties. His entrepreneurial spirit drives the company’s growth as he develops a new platform for Moveabl., drawing on his skills in business development, strategic planning, and communication to foster innovation and expansion. Before transitioning into real estate and business, Kyle spent six years as a professional emcee and DJ named DJ Lunakye with VOX DJS. He entertained at weddings, bar mitzvahs, and corporate events, honing his performance skills and developing a strong personal brand. Though he no longer actively promotes his DJ work, he occasionally performs for friends and past clients. His Lunakye identity remains part of his public persona, visible across social media platforms, where he blends his creative background with his business endeavors. In addition to his entrepreneurial work, Kyle has become an active political commentator. Through daily posts on Instagram and X, he shares his views on foreign policy, economic trends, and societal issues. Known for his relatable and humorous style, he uses his platform to challenge critics, engage with followers, and encourage meaningful discourse. His conservative principles guide his advocacy, and he aims to foster a more profound sense of national unity and progress. Kyle’s entertainment career began early, with performances in various plays, musicals, and TV shows, including roles in popular productions like NCIS. His work earned recognition at NewFilmmakers Los Angeles (NFMLA), where he received awards for producing, directing, and hosting original content. His leadership skills were also showcased when he served as Committee Chairman for NFMLA, coordinating activities and ensuring the team worked collaboratively to achieve their goals. Holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Cornish College of the Arts and additional training in dramatic arts and civic leadership, Kyle continues to leverage his diverse skill set to shape his professional path.
